-
Welcome to the MFP fam! You're going to do great.
-
I'm your height. I'm 20
-
Amazing! Keep up the good work.
-
Oh man i wonder if I'll ever grow lol. I think I stopped I've been 5"3.75 since like 2010

Eat at a caloric deficit! Calculate your TDEE and then subtract 500 and that's the amount of calories you eat a day. If you do that and exercise properly you will get there.
-
Awesome!! Congrats on starting your journey, idk about you but for me that was the hardest part.
-
You've got this!!!
-
That's crazy! How did you lose it so fast?
-
Think of it this way, one good day of eating won't make you super thin and fit just like one bad day won't make you lose all your progress. It's all about consistency, so like everyone said, get back up and keep going! I usually like to give myself a cheat meal (within reason) every couple weeks just to keep my cravings at…
-
I eat 1500-1650 but add me if you want!
-
I use the TDEE method, not MFP's. http://tdeecalculator.net Go to that website to calculate your TDEE and eat 500 cal under that and you should be good to go
-
^^^^^^ this
-
Are you logging everything and eating at a caloric deficit?
-
You can do it!! We're all here for each other :)
-
I feel ya.
-
That's incredible!! Keep up the good work.
-
I can't wait til we all reach our goals!! And congrats to those of you who have :)

Around 115-120 depending on how I feel once I get down there. I'm exactly 141.3 right now. As I have been for the past 3 weeks. Stupid plateau. Ugh.
-
Omg I want to get to 140 too. I've plateaud at 141.3 for the past 3 weeks and it's SO annoying.
-
Yeah I'm the same. That's why I'm saying 115-120 cause I'll have more muscle
-
I weighed in at the end of September and lost 3.3 pounds and since then I have been at the exact same weight, to the ounce. Yeah I'm not using NEAT, like I said, I am using my TDEE Minus 500. I manually entered my cal goal based on that, adjusting it as my weight and (consequently my TDEE) lowers.
-
I was told like it factors in your exercise for the week so you don't eat the cals back And LOOOL maybe you should go to bed.
-
I'm 5"3.75 and currently 141.3 pounds which puts me in the healthy BMI range but I'd like to get closer to the middle of the healthy BMI range so in thinking 115-119 for my end goal

Thanks!
