Okay perfect. Exactly what I was wondering! Thanks!

I'm similar, I always have the same breakfast and usually similar lunches and dinners so I have a good grasp on it too. So while I would remain conscious of the calories I intake I won't go out of my way to log them or obsess over them I think

Okay thanks!

Fair enough! Thanks for the input
-
You feel my pain! Haha

Have you calculated your TDEE? As long as you are eating around 500 under that and staying active you're fine!

Good ideas!

It's all about consistency and making changes that are sustainable! Your friend sounds like a negative nancy and is only taking into account "fad dieters" and not people…

WOWW you're so close!! Amazing!
-
You can get back on track!! You got this :)
-
Woooo! Congrats! I hit my first goal that brought my BMI right to the brink of the "healthy" range. My next goal is 129 by Christmas. It'll be tough but hopefully doable.

Feel free to add me, it's amazing the support this app/site gives. Really keeps you on track :)
-
Awesome thanks everyone!

Seems legit I have like 1000 left for the day so I can spare a decent amount

You're welcome and thanks to you too! You need lots of patience too, it won't come off all at once, but it's nice in the beginning because usually if your body isn't used to exercise or proper nourishment or whatever you lose a lot at the start ;p
