Hi there. Love to join this group. I turned 50 in January. Been off my feet since beginning of March due to an operation on my foot. Any suggestions for exercise would be great. I can't even go for a walk as after 6 weeks in plaster I now have a boot plus foot still very painful. . X

If you have only just started keep at it.. it really works.. Iv lost 29lb since June. You have to remember everyone is different and will lose at different speeds. Mine has been a long time coming off but its stayed off. x

Thanks for your kind words xx it's been hard this last week as iv had to nil by mouth a couple of days because of illness. Guess I thought I might have lost more but didn't. . And like you say 24 is awesome ..

drink a glass of water then have your peach... you will feel even more full... go and find a good book to read, sounds boring but get the right book it really helps x

great... count me in please... id like to lose another 3 or 4 lb.. I know it might not sound much to some people but I'm not losing very fast... sometimes its only 1lb every 2-3 weeks... but hey... its still coming off :-)

Good luck everyone xx it really is easy to log foods etc ONCE you get used to it... drove me mad for the first couple of weeks then it all seemed to click into place... now lohhing / scanning food into the diary is just a normal easy procedure.... one tip for you though, if possible plan you meals for the day and add them…
