Thank you. I can't eat before and feel odd eating after 9pm. Wasn't sure if it was going to effect my weightloss.

Are they all overweight? Maybe it is a strategy to help overweight gym members feel more comfortable? I know I hate a gym where everyone, including members are beautiful and perfectly fit! As for bad advice, that would warrant me looking for a new trainer or not paying attention.

I come from a family of fat armed women. I can be at my best weight but if I don't do a lot of weights for arms then they just stay big. I find its the only way they get defined and some strength training chair dips push ups etc.
