I'm back! D6 level 1: complete. I wanted to give up but I decided not to. I want to see how much inches I'll lose :)

I'm in my menses so I plan to walk for 30 mins per day until it finishes then I'll continue with day 6 of the shred.

Didn't do 30 d's today but I did run for 30 mins. I'll continue tomorrow.. hopefully.

Day 3 : completed. Thanks for all the support. I feel like I didn't give my all today. My feet was hurting alot so i had to stop a few times. But I know I'll get better at it :)
