    Day 1 completed.
It was a great work out my heart rate went up to around 165. It's feasible. I remember doing that maybe 7 years ago and it was so hard I had to stop during the video to take breaks and the next day I had so much pain. Great to see 7 years later I am fitter. Looking forward to day two.
I am using the videos online just to confirm its 10 days on each levels. Are they any rest days

Cool. I love 30DS. It's a good workout if you ever can't get to the gym too! I'll try and do it with you. At least 5 days a week. I suck at pushups too.....

I was not sore this morning. I am happy since it's easier to keep going and it really means my level of fitness is improved.

I will be starting Monday!! I did maybe 10 minutes of Level 1 about 5 years ago and gave up. I was 266lbs then and so out of shape. I am 170lbs now and had baby #2 in December and really need to shed these last 20lbs!!!

I tried Jillian 30 day. I did it for 2-3weeks. My body was so sore. I couldn't move. I got dizzy and light headed. That was 2 months ago. I am down a couple pounds now.I think I will try again. Since I have mfp. I have encouragement.!!! Would anyone like to help and join. Add me if you like.

Good luck with the 30 day shred! I'm on level 3, day 3 tomorrow and I've loved it. Keep on with it and you'll notice the pain subsides and you'll get stronger with certain moves.

Nice work everyone!!! 2 more days till level 2 for me! So far there is substantial difference in my shoulders, arms, and my quads, wow...I can hardly believe it's actually working this well. Can't wait to see what the end will bring if I can see this just after level 1 day 8. Let's keep it up ladies !!! :)

yes I did take measurements and yes it is substantial. i have list a few inches from bust waist and hips

I'm not even trying to lose weight and I lost some inches off my arms, thighs, and calves. I was hoping to build muscle (and maybe I am, some, cause the scale stayed the same).
