Sweetheart, that's a really low calorie intake. You HAVE to eat at least 1000 calories a day. As long as you exercise a bit, you will lose weight. But it's super important for your skin, organs, muscles, that you are eating enough, and have enough nutrients in your body.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I was under the impression that if you watch you're calories and exercise, you can healthily lose 2 pounds a week. That's makes 8-10 pounds a month. Very doable. However, please do this for you too, and not just for your bad.

I try to run 3-4 times a week. I consider myself a beginner, so I'm not particularly fast and I don't do more than 2 miles normally, cuz my body isn't there endurance wise yet. On off days, I walk and/or do yoga.

My boyfriend follows a rule when it comes to organic. He only buys organic if it's food that he eats a lot. Eggs and milk he buys organic, that's about it.
