I get panic feelings all the time and I've accepted them as part of the process, I have a few speculations as to where it's coming from... 1. I'm panicked that I'll gain it back and feel terrible about myself.... I fight it by reminding myself how strong I am, and how much I deserve this, sometimes all it takes to get over…

Cheat day? NO 1 cheat meal a week that won't undo all my hard work? hell yeah!

Definitely!!! Congrats to you too!!! When I think back on all the work it took to get here I have to say that remaining obese would be so much harder, living healthy and strong is honestly easier by comparison to how difficult my life was being morbidly obese!

Don't beat yourself up, remember that weight loss, and fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. So you had one bad night? Remember to remind yourself that you are still doing things that are good for you. Dont let negative thoughts get in your way. The key to a happy healthy life (for me at least) is consistency. It'll be hard…
