For me the amount of fruits will have too much sugar. Though good sugar, I read too much raises insulin storing fat. I'm not a body builder just want to tone down through swimming

Fats are good for weight loss. Low fat foods have sugar which is way worse. Raises insulin to store fat as it stops fat burning. Eat mixed nuts or seeds with plain yoghurt.

Thing is eating more protein fills me especially with salad and veg. May just eat a spoon of peanut butter to boost calories. As it's sugar I'm cutting

Lol I've tried this but it's like fruit pastilles I get tempted to chew or chomp lol. I've gone a week without added sugar. Bar fruit as need nutrients and I'm ok at the moment. Chewing gum so it helps

NO NO and NO. Sugar raises insulin, so it makes your body store fat. EAT HEALTHY don't try and cheat it. Or you'll suffer in life
