I don't understand how they are calculating calorie goals. My calorie goals are 1420 a day to lose 1 lb a week and I want to lose 60 lbs. My friend just signed up she's an inch taller and only wants to lose 5 lbs and her calorie goal is 1200 if she wants to lose 1lb a week like I do. This doesn't seem reasonable. I've been…

I never have cheat days, I bank my calories for the heaviest meal of my day, which is dinner. I plan my dinner in the morning, I'm having pizza tonight and dessert so I had a light breakfast and lunch. I never feel deprived and since I started planning ahead even for bad pms days I haven't gone over my calories. I don't…

I use egg beaters to make a low calorie omelet, 1/2 cup egg beaters, 1 tbsp cottage cheese lowfat, 1/2 cup sauteed mushrooms in olive oil = 128 calories. Sometimes I add broccoli, it depends on what's available. No cholesterol either! Usually I'll have yogurt with this or a bagel thin.

Every morning as soon as I wake up. I used to do it every week and found that I would gain weight if I didn't do it daily. I also record it daily to see the fluctuations.
