  • I didn't take anything yesterday and things have returned to normal already. Today I took all of my vitamins except the magnesium and iron and things are smooth going. Thanks for all of your advice!
  • Thank you all. I never thought about my vitamins. Maybe I'll take a break from those for a few days and see if it helps.
  • The only veggies I really eat are lettuce and asparagus and that isn't very often. I don't eat anything with artificial colors in it. I do take a lot of vitamins. Magnesium, Potasium, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Iron.

  • Thanks guys! I stayed in my macros today. That's a plus! I came home from work and made a big plate of scrambled eggs with sausage, bacon, mushrooms, avocado and cheese. Yum!!!

  • It must be the same thing you mentioned above as mine also says natural flavoring. I had it in my coffee this morning with no problems. Of course I was addicted to Diet Coke for so long that the aspartame probably dulled my senses. I'm 3 weeks Diet Coke free though!
  • I bought some Liquid No Calorie Stevia from Walmart and it's 0 carbs. It has Erythritol in it along with the Stevia. Is that bad?
