I didn't take anything yesterday and things have returned to normal already. Today I took all of my vitamins except the magnesium and iron and things are smooth going. Thanks for all of your advice!

Thank you all. I never thought about my vitamins. Maybe I'll take a break from those for a few days and see if it helps.

The only veggies I really eat are lettuce and asparagus and that isn't very often. I don't eat anything with artificial colors in it. I do take a lot of vitamins. Magnesium, Potasium, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Iron.

Thanks guys! I stayed in my macros today. That's a plus! I came home from work and made a big plate of scrambled eggs with sausage, bacon, mushrooms, avocado and cheese. Yum!!!

According to the Keto Calculator my carbs should be at 35g, protein at 81g and fat at 70g. It must be the same thing you mentioned above as mine also says natural flavoring. I had it in my coffee this morning with no problems. Of course I was addicted to Diet Coke for so long that the aspartame probably dulled my senses. I'm 3 weeks Diet Coke free though!

I bought some Liquid No Calorie Stevia from Walmart and it's 0 carbs. It has Erythritol in it along with the Stevia. Is that bad?
