Half cup 1:1 ratio of coconut oil and peanut butter, melt together in a sauce pan. Add 3 tablespoons of cocao and 2 to 3 tablespoons of stevia. Divide in muffin tin/candy mold Then pop in freezer.

Im on keto and I lift/ resistance train. You will find it that you go longer and you have all this energy. Now I can't go a day without lifting.

After a workout I have an egg and spinach that had been cooked in cold pressed coconut oil. You can sub your egg for Turkey (protein )and have it with some berries (low carb)Assuming that you're on the keto diet.
