YOURE WELCOME AND YOUR RESPONSE MAKES ME FEEL SOOO HAPPY!! Youre doing great!

I see it a lot on here actually. When people say theyre not losing on 1200 calories, others respond "You HAVE to lose on 1200 you MUST be doing something WRONG youre probably EATING MORE than you think and that's why youre not losing weight. Get a food scale and track every single morsel you put in your mouth" I've seen it…

THANK YOU! This made it all worth it!!

hey there!!! o:)

I agree it is entirely on the user. I just see a lot of pressure on people to stick within 1200 calorie range and shame for going over it, and I want people to know it is good to go over.
-
Point taken. Im just giving a suggestion to people who think they have to starve themselves on 1200 a day. I can understand where youre coming from, being under 5". Im 5"3 so I guess I have a bit more leeway.
-
That is untrue. I did choose 2 pounds a week, but I had a signifigant amount of weight to lose when I returned (70lb to be within "normal" range) and even when I put it to 1 pound a week the highest it shows is 1300

what he said, the body eats at muscle (which includes the heart muscle) instead of stored away fat, which in turn makes it HARDER to lose ACTUAL fat. Lack of nutrients deplete of your intestines of the energy they need to function which can result in their failure, gallstones, higher susceptibility to disease and infection…

My body holds on to weight if I go that low, I find 1600-2000 is best to start. I definitely wouldn't go lower than 1500 if youre over 150 lb, but that's just me.

This is a brilliant concept. Thank you
-
Thats precisely why I only weigh myself once a month. I needlessly obsess over small fluctuations.

No one really can tell you why youre not losing weight except a licensed practitioner but what we do know for sure is that 1000 calories is not healthy for ANYONE.
-
Too low calories, thats never a good idea.
-
I would eat most of it back. If you try to stick to 1200 calories, youll just starve yourself unecessarily and give up after a few months.
-
WOW. I want to be like you!!! <3 <3

The 7 pieces of bitesize candies i ate yesterday, plus popeyes a few weeks ago

I agree, if I set my goal to 1.5 pounds a week I find its more manageable. It is definitely not good for anyone starting out to try 1200 to start
