Also does muscle imbalance cause pain? Since I made my 1st push up I just do push ups no more other exercise. Maybe my shoulder hurt because of muscle imbalance?

It doesn't hurt if I don't put weight on it. How will I know if it doesn't hurt anymore without putting weight on it? Also is running okay while resting?

Update: My right shoulder hurt so I tried to warm it up with some shoulder rise and circles. I hear snapling and popping noise on my right shoulder

I think its in the muscles. I can feel it also on my triceps. It was all good until this past few days.

Update: I made it to max 8 push ups. But now I'm struggling. My shoulder hurts by just doing 1 push up. I already took a day off. And whenever I do the push up position my arms to my shoulders hurt.

Just a thought, can I have a low carb, moderate fat, and high protein diet? So my body fat can be used as ketones. Or it doesn't work that way? I'm pretty fat guy about nearly 30% body fat

Almond milk is not available in my area. Another question, I want to use this desiccated coconut. In the nutritional facts fiber is greater than the carbs so does it mean it has negative carbs? Also, do I have to subtract fiber from carbs?

Well I read it somewhere that white carbs are simple carbs which turns into sugar easily. Unlike the brown ones which is high in fiber and not digested easily
