You are free to friend me. I'm 58... I've been working from home since March... I did gain weight, then I dropped 10 doing all the right things..... then life punched me in the face lol... and gained 5 back. I'm back on track and ready to lose back those 5 lbs before Dec 31.

Ok, I missed my July mini goal...of getting under 220. For August mini-goal - .... lets go for being under 220 (I should get this be mid August) - But my goal... increase water intake as it is so hot and humid here in Alabama, and I want to workout 4 days a week.
