This is all very true! Also, I was not counting my calories for a whole month. I think I am one of those types that gain/lose weight easily.

Yes, I think it was sodium intake. I was eating out at Chick Fil A right often. They give me free meals since I'm an employee. But I decided to taper off lately, and the weight is coming off again.

Well, the point is, I felt hungry on the low carb diet, but on the high carb diet I do not. So, I just thought I'd share that information with the world. Because we kept getting told that carbs are the devil and we'll get fat from eating a baked potato.

Update: I forgot to add while trying the low carb diet I was having a lot of red meat and hamburgers. For some reason, I tend to gain weight on that- even if my calories are in check. I was aiming for 2,000 calories but always went up to 2500, because I did "cheat" a lot with ice cream stuff and other junk food. I find…

I'm 38 and I do not consider myself "middle aged". If you want to, that is fine. But to me its for 50 somethings. I am young and I plan on being young for a long time.
