Hi!
46 years old. Back on the fitness wagon to lose about 10 lbs.
My main goal is to lose inches though. I'd like to be around 21% BF by the end of July.
I'm a runner and I strength train as well. Took almost 2 months off from doing anything exercise wise. Now I'm ready to hit it again.
Add me!1 -
Soon to be 52. Feel free to add away if you are looking for support and are not a friend collector.0

Hi, I could offer an open book diary and supportive feelz for your perusal—runner trying to get back on his feet from injury with 40 to shed as a 41 yo. Ain’t no party like an add party.0

I'm only 3 years outside of my 20's, for pete's sake. That said, anyone reading this, please feel free to add me!
I get how you feel. I'm in my 30s too and I don't feel middle aged. I still call myself a young professional. But if we're being honest, people in their 30s are middle aged since the end usually happens in the 60s, 70s and 80s.0 -
40 later this year! Feel free to add me0

Yes, it's called "mature". Will add you.0 -
I'm 38 and I do not consider myself "middle aged". If you want to, that is fine. But to me its for 50 somethings. I am young and I plan on being young for a long time.2
