Turning 35, does that mean I'm going to be middle aged? Serial starter here and got 90 to lose but no more!!!

    Hi!
46 years old. Back on the fitness wagon to lose about 10 lbs.
My main goal is to lose inches though. I'd like to be around 21% BF by the end of July.
I'm a runner and I strength train as well. Took almost 2 months off from doing anything exercise wise. Now I'm ready to hit it again.
    Add me! :)

Hi, I could offer an open book diary and supportive feelz for your perusal—runner trying to get back on his feet from injury with 40 to shed as a 41 yo. Ain’t no party like an add party.

HI my name is Heather and I'm 43 years old. I recently made a big move from California to Pennsylvania and now have a full time desk job. Looking to lose 40 pounds and would love to make new friends to help motivate each other.

Turning 35 in March, don't like being called middle aged but I'm not in denial either.

I love how whoever created this thread relegates everyone in their 30's as being "middle aged".....lol...I'm only 33, and I'm far from middle aged. 33 is not middle aged, dog gone it! I'm only 3 years outside of my 20's, for pete's sake. That said, anyone reading this, please feel free to add me!

I get how you feel. I'm in my 30s too and I don't feel middle aged. I still call myself a young professional. But if we're being honest, people in their 30s are middle aged since the end usually happens in the 60s, 70s and 80s.

Hi everyone, just turned 44. Lost 100 pounds 6 years ago. Gained 20 back. Trying to get a grip on it before it's too late. Good luck everyone!

I'm 38 and I do not consider myself "middle aged". If you want to, that is fine. But to me its for 50 somethings. I am young and I plan on being young for a long time.
