  • I'm totally feeling the same way. I've lost 5 pounds and my husband has lost 20 in the same amount of time. I do everything right, but it seems nothing I do helps.

  • Feel free to add me as well. I may not eat the healthiest of some of our members, but I find a way to eat tasty things and still keep my calorie goal in check.
  • I have a rough deadline of May 2013 to lose the full 70.. but I won't argue if it's sooner or later. I don't want to put an unrealistic goal on myself. The costume will take time to be made, but I hope to be able to make one and join a costuming club so I can do charitable events doing something I would love.

  • I used to hit the gym at lunch and didn't have time to shower before I went back to work. Baby wipes work wonders. You can do the scented or unscented.. either way work really well to wash off the sweat without soaking in a shower.
