I didn’t get organized enough to join in this round but I am in again next round. Weight loss has pretty much been zip for the last 10 days, 😢 up half a pund down the same half pound. @SheilaBoneham So sorry that you are dealing with so much pain. I hope the dr is of help.

Yoga stretches in the pool help too. Try to find a yoga class for people recovering from injuries that has a very supportive leader. Then be really honest about your limitations and start slowly.

With LV temperatures it is great that you are able to do water fitness. Our heat wave has ended and we are back to cooler temperatures. Yes it was a bit humid but mostly it is just lack of anyone here on the West Coast of Canada being used to the heat. No AC most homes.
