Oops I didn't realize that folks were still charting weekly here so I haven't kept up. It was a happy surprise when I saw the spreadsheet. I just updated my numbers and will be sure to weigh in tomorrow. Hi to everyone still in the group.

Holidays
What strategies do folks use to eat under goal and get exercise when you are staying with friends and family. I am used to weighing everything and having total control of what's on the menu now I have 3 weeks to survive in other peoples homes eke! Plus I feel rude to say I need an hour to myself everyday to exercise.

Weigh in day tomorrow
Last day before our one week weigh in. I am stoked to make this a really good day so my plan is to start on one part of my goal today. I am going to go for my second jog / run.
