Lift your spirits by doing small acts of kindness for others

I thought it would be fun and motivational to track small acts of kindness through out the day. It seems very easy to remember our mistakes. Screw up with a friend, coworker, store clerk or family member and it haunts me but the little things I do for others that are nice I forget.

I would love to hear about random acts of kindness folks do.
Todays random acts:
1. Waited in line for coffee for an elderly lady so she could sit down.
2. Bought lunch for a friend.

I was sitting in my car at work waiting until the very last minute before going in and noticed a guy that works there that's very handicapped driving around the parking lot. All the handicap spots were taken, but I was parked pretty close, so when he came near my car, I pulled out so he could get my spot.

Nicely done. You helped him out and no doubt felt better yourself too.
