Not really. Breakfast is usually the same thing every morning. Normally I figure out what I want for my dinner around mid morning and log an estimate of how much I will consume in MFP then I make adjustments if needed during the meal. That way I know how many calories I have for lunch and snacks.

If you are not loosing any weight you could try reducing the calories consumed I wasn’t loosing at first either so I reset my goals in MFP I changed my activity level to sedentary or inactive. My weight loss to 1/2 pound a week. I walk every day too and give myself 100 to 200 exercise calories depending on how far I walk.…

I think I found the answer to part 2 of my question and it seems the answer is yes. Total carbs minus fibre equals net carbs since there is no sugar alcohols in my food.

Yes it’s been two years since the initial injury for me and it has been a very bumpy road back. Try maintaining not necessary loosing while you heal. Frustrating for sure but loosing weight without the exercise resulted in muscle loss and even more weakness which in the long run has slowed healing and made weight loss more…

I am using organic tumeric root, along with organic ginger root, added to food and teas. I believe using in using the whole food as much as possible rather than dried spices or capsules has been helping with inflammation

Everyday as soon as I stop I start to gain weight. I use the graph on mfp to see the weight changes and as long as it is trending down I am happy.

Great reaason to shop. I on the other hand need to loose weight, again, so I don’t have to go buy larger pants as I gained back all the weight I lost in 2015😕 It is really motivating to remember the feeling of shopping for smaller pants. Hope you found something awesome.👖
