Thanks for the advice! I'll add some extra squats in. As far as tapering is concerned, "soon" was relative haha! I generally taper for 3 weeks. 1st week = about 75% of normal programming, 2nd week = 5/3/1's normal deload week, 3rd week = rest.

I live in SoMD and don't log crabs by weight either... that would be so tedious! I also don't weigh bananas if I'm taking them with me as the weight of the peel doesn't count and I don't want to bring the peel home and weigh it to subtract from the whole weight.

I won't say the very craziest... But a close second is moving 700 miles away to be with my then boyfriend who I met online and who I'd only been "dating" for 6 months and had spent only about 2 weeks total in person with. There are vegan weight gainer shakes that she may want to give a try. Otherwise, suggest making her own that she can take with her with protein powder, peanut butter, etc because drinks don't fill you up like regular food and she can drink those in addition to her regular meals.
