I get 1200 calories a day if I want to have a beer or anything greasy and yummy I need to work for it, as long as I stay at the proper deficit
-
Me too! 5’3 and 133 now wanting to get back to 115-118

Healthy eating looks like a well balanced diet coming in at your caloric goals (most of the time) that leaves you satisfied and not wanting to take a bath with the toaster on a daily basis
-
Nope. I’ll eat anything... I once ate a cookie I dropped in the cattle pens. In my defense it was a monster cookie and the snow it landed in looked pretty clean
-
Super loaded Nachos, guacamole, leftover Halloween candy, cliff bar, pepperoni, cheese, crackers, chips. Pretty much anything I could find :s

I’m 5’2, 133 lbs and no matter what I set my weight loss goal at per week it gives me 1200 calories. If you want to eat, like to eat or hit a plateau all you can do is increase your activity because there are no more calories to cut
-
Black, if I make it a whole pot, maybe 2. If my husband makes I have to cut it with water and then it's maybe a cup. He likes dark roast coffees and makes it strong enough you can chew :s

I find the week before is when I find I'm starving and eating like I have an upcoming sumo match
-
Oh heck, today I haven't logged and I've eaten absolutely everything in sight and washed it down with a pair of pepsi. And chances are we're going out for brunch tomorrow so I doubt tomorrow will be any better. I'll crawl out from under the wagon Monday dust myself off and get back on it

Cranberry white chocolate scone and a pumpkin spice latte. They were both incredible
-
Are you using a food scale? If not get one and weigh all solids, measure all liquid and it'll get better
-
Burgers, fries, onion rings, milkshakes

This^^^^

I do! ( I have two reasons to run- I'm chasing it or it's chasing me....) I spend at least 90 minutes walking at 3.0+ mph on my treadmill or a 'brisk' pace outside

With my stats MFP gives me 1200 calories, 1380 when Fitbit exercise is added yipppppeeeeee. I can do 1200, BUT it's not much fun. So I track and log according to my burned calories on Fitbit and aim for the proper calorie deficit according to what I want to loose per week. It's much easier to maintain a calorie deficit of…

Reclaim the three drawers of jeans that I kept saying I will get back into! Stop hiding in hoodies
-
This is what I'm making for supper. The other two choices are take it or leave it. If you choose to leave it you can find something on your own or enjoy breakfast
-
I have a Fitbit scale I love it.... don't know if it's worth it but I like it
-
Camp cred? That seems rather high school... I can see that mind set in roughnecks not among the 40 year old consultants. I believe I'll step out now and figure out which type of protein supplements would best suit his lifestyle on my own.
-
Yep he should but 16-20 hour days and being in camp two or three weeks a time it's easier said than done
-
Typically three ice cubes or I burn myself out of my travel mug. If my husband is home about half hot water because he likes coffee you can chew

How many calories do you burn in a day? Instead of eating 1200 or under because that's what MFP says to eat why not figure that out and eat at a deficit of 750?
-
I have three drawers of jeans, and one pair that still fit... with a muffin top. And trying to find shirts that would hide what didn't fit into the jeans. Wearing hoodies at home hoping hubby wouldn't notice. Having an insane collection of bedtime attire and I hadn't even unpacked it from when we moved because I didn't…

Aloe water or juice or whatever they call that goo with floaty chunks of smeg in it. And that fermented juice that I can't pronounce or spell
-
My food does not touch on my plate and I eat one thing at a time. Always have
-
I literally climbed the shelves in Walmart to get something at the back of the top one for my mom. We're both really short
-
For sure!!!!! added bonus of I can answer my phone or texts but I can leave my phone at home on runs or biking!!!! The are probably better single purpose fitness trackers on the market but I need more than that to keep my life running while working out
-
Proper bike fit and Padded bike shorts are a big help. I laughed at my husband when he suggested them but I'm a believer now
