I have IBS-C and I have yet to figure out all of my triggers. I can't eat onions and peppers or anything spicy. Even eliminating all of those, I still have daily symptoms. I need to try an elimination diet but it is so hard.

I did night shifts for 4 years before becoming disabled by MS. Remember to take care of yourself while working those nights. They are hard on your body. I truly believe that I developed MS because it was the only way my body was going to slow down (I know that isn't very scientific of me).

I was a pediatric nurse for 17 years before I became disabled. It is a very stressful job. Working nights was the number 1 reason I put on most of my weight. I think years of not sleeping also is what eventually lead to my disability, but that is a whole other issue It is so much easier to get your weight under control…
