  • Majigurl my daughter is almost one and i dont know if my abs are still seperated. I do know that everything jiggles lol
  • Thank you everyone. And yeah i have a food scale i just have to find it lol. I have noticed that my legs are a little bit firmer too. This may be tmi but i have stopped my birth control and i havnt gotten my cycle yet so maybe it is my harmones getting to me
  • I brought a food scale to get me started with everything and I make sure I log in everything. Like today I had a cup of oatmeal and some cherries and water and it filled me over until lunch time. I had some brown rice and chicken. And then I had an apple. I still have a lot of calories left over
  • Thank you guys for all the help. Especially at PixelPuff :) like I said this is all new to me so its going to be a challenge for me. I'm so used to fatty food lol

  • Okay Blankiefinder I understand what you are saying and heis4u2004 its belly fat. I just had a baby 9 months ago and the belly fat is like getting worse because I haven't been working out or eating healthy.
  • Well how do I count my calories. I'm all new to this stuff. I've never really sat down and counted how many pieces if sausages I eat lol
