I ordered it from Amazon. I ended up ordering 3 more bottles!

Hahaha, I'm not sure. I don't actively sell it.

I cleanse better away from home! I am too tempted with my pantry.

Tonight I made a home made burrito bowl. I made chicken in the Instant Pot, I cooked it in salsa only. I used brown rice, black beans, chicken, jalapeños, salsa and little bit of sour cream. It was soooooo good. Another one: Hawaiian BBQ chicken: Fresh pineapple, crushed, and sugar free BBQ sauce and chicken in the instant…

Your dinner sounds sooooo good.

I am using Isagenix as well. I started the Isabody Challenge Sunday and have lost 6 pounds since! I'm pretty excited about that. I have 20 - 25 more to lose. I am doing 1 day cleanses, trying to make it Wed. every week. How do you all cleanse? Do you work out? I have been working out for a long time now, I do weight…

@CandiMac How's it going? Hope all is well.

I tried the Chocolate Mint and was not thrilled. So glad the cookies and cream is good. I wish I had bought more than one canister.

I use Isagenix as well. I need to lose 15 more pounds and this will help me get there. I just tried the new cookies and cream shake and love it. Feel free to add me if you would like.

Your plan to use fat as a lever is spot on. It will help during your TOM. Cravings are mostly mental, but if you're actually hungry, cravings are way worse, so using fat to combat that is great. It sounds like you have been on the ketogains website! Good work.

I like to take what works for me and run with it. I practice IF, I eat within a 6-8 hour window daily. I am not 100% with this, but pretty much follow that all the time. I use meal replacement shakes for a meal or two per day, and eat low carb most of the time.

I try to eat within a 6-8 hour window daily. Today I did not consume calories until noon, and will try to be finished eating by 6pm, but no later than 8pm. I also like to do a one day fast on occasion. When I do that, I have black coffee and water only.

You're doing great, keep up the good work. I am trying to take off about 5-8 and maintain. My husband has lost 20 on Isagenix. It's a good product.

There's nothing wrong with using Isagenix. It's a good product and I hope you have a lot of luck with it. My husband has lost about 20 pounds and I use it for a quick, well rounded meal, when I am in a hurry. I love it. As long as you use it correctly, you will be in a calorie deficit and lose. Good luck to you and don't…

Hi. I am using Isagenix to take off about 8 pounds I gained from meds and to maintain. I workout a lot and am motivated to get these pounds off. Cleanse days are hard. My hubby is also doing Isagenix. How is everyone doing?

I am beginning week 3 of ADF and I plan to stick to it for a minimum of a month to see monthly progress. It seems manageable enough for me. I know it's not for everyone. I find the daily fast, like 16:8 or 20:4 would be difficult to me, because I like cream in my coffee. If I ever get to the point where I can drink it…

Thank you saphin!

Got in a little over 26 miles today, so I made my September goal! Woo hoo
-
I do ADF. On my up day, my goal is to eat up to 2,000 calories. My down day goal is 500 calories. I have done this consistently for 11 days, and lost 13 pounds so far. I need to lose another 20 pounds, so I am going to stick with this. I know my loss is starting to slow down, and it will take a while to get the rest off,…

I've been AWOL lately, my teen sons trimmed the hedges and cut the cable and I was without internet for about a week! Haha. KIDS! :D Here are my stats for September so far: 9/3 20.92 9/5 43.49 9/6 7.73 9/8 15.27 9/10 20.85 9/12 31.75 9/19 39.02 9/24 17.92 Total so far: 196.95 which isn't so bad since my goal is 200 for…

39 miles Saturday morning, and I bonked out big time. Felt faint after it was over, and actually ran fever the rest of the day. I believe I needed more water and maybe something to eat.

Yesterday was the Nut Roll. This was my first organized ride ever. It was awesome, except for the pouring rain the ENTIRE TIME!!! Haha. It wasn't so bad, a friend rode with me and we chatted the whole time. 31.75 miles at an average of 14.4 mph. September stats: 9/03 20.92 9/05 43.49 9/06 7.73 9/08 15.27 9/10 20.85 9/12…

15.27 miles in the books. This ride was by myself!

My September goal is 200 miles. So far, I think I will crush it. 9/3 20.92 mi. 9/5 43.49 mi. 9/6 7.73 mi. - with hubby, he doesn't ride and I didn't want to kill him out there. A total of 72.14 so far!
-
I just use my Garmin gps app that tracks my distance and average speed. It is pretty even with what MFP says. Sometimes within 1 calorie!
-
Ok, I just rode 43.49 miles today and my lady-bits are angry! On a positive note, I am amazed that I was able to do it. After 30, my lower back was really hurting. I will be taking my bike in to make sure it's fitted properly. I just bought it a couple of months ago and was told to bring it in after a couple hundred miles…

20.92 miles in the books for today. Average speed was 14.8 mph Great ride.

I hear a lot about using lights and that's a great idea, however, I won't be able to do that. First, I am new enough that I have a healthy fear of dying, and it's just recently that I've begun to be comfy sharing the road with crazy car drivers during the day. Second, my husband is a little protective and would worry too…

So excited about my September goal! I am starting to get nervous about the time change. What does everyone do when it gets too dark to ride? I know I will have weekends to ride, but that's just 2 days out of 7. I will not be riding when it's dark getting off work (I teach, but you know how early it gets dark in winter). Is…
