Try this amazing new product which is guaranteed to make you lose weight. It's called the "Calorie Deficit" and the best thing is, its free.

Stick with a calorie deficit. Weigh your food and log everything you eat and drink. Have patience. Ditch anything that sounds too good to be true or is advocated by a "coach" who doesn't reflect what they are selling.

As I would never buy hair tonic from a bald headed barber, neither would I suggest using lsagenix. Stick with what works. In this case, that means calorie deficit. More to the point, don't worry about falling off the wagon - that's what MFP friends are for.

There's nothing wrong with using Isagenix. It's a good product and I hope you have a lot of luck with it. My husband has lost about 20 pounds and I use it for a quick, well rounded meal, when I am in a hurry. I love it.
As long as you use it correctly, you will be in a calorie deficit and lose.
Good luck to you and don't worry about the naysayers. Most people enjoy using protein bars or shakes to supplement their diets too.

Key words. And the protein bars and shakes most of us naysayers use don't come with a high price tag or a subscription fee. Weight loss shouldn't be expensive.
