  • Log your food every day and be completely honest with yourself even if it's difficult and painful. I have learned a lot about my eating habits by doing that. Good luck!

  • I've learned that I have to pair up exercise and eating right. One or the other doesn't work for me. I can lose a little just eating right but not much. I can't lose anything at all if I'm just exercising and not eating right.
  • Caramel. I don't care what it's on. Ice cream, cookies, cake, brownies etc. Whatever. It's my kryptonite.
  • I logged, but my choices were pretty poor this weekend. I needed someone to smack the food out of my hand. Unfortunately my husband makes things worse bc he loves ice cream and hates eating it by himself.
  • Mom of a 13-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy. Between them and the man-child husband, it's so hard to eat healthy so I've packed on the pounds. Please add me to the group! Thanks!
