Big girl, big goals....I like that:) I know the feeling. I just started Monday. You can do this!!! I know temptation is hard, but you have to think of your end goal.

I make a breakfast smoothie with 1 cup baby spinach, 1 cup FF milk, 2 scoops protein powder, 1 cup frozen fruit, and 1 tb apple cider vinegar. It is so good, has high protein, and you can't taste the spinach at all.

Pinterest has tons of recipes. One I like a lot is called Cashew Chicken Lettuce wraps and it is SO good. My picky kids like it too. shewearsmanyhats.com is where the recipe is. I add chopped up baby corn and water chestnuts in mine but you could add whatever vegetables you want. Yummy..
