  • Make sure your elbows are not flared out keep them inside, if they are it will work outer and shoulders more then the pec. Also try doing a different variety from flat bench, decline bench, and incline bench to hit each desperate part of the pec.
  • Sounds like quite a bit of carbs I would add more protein less carbs. You have to feed your muscles. Whenever I bulk I eat more red meat rather then chicken. When I lean out I switch to chicken or turkey.
  • I would recommend some form of casein protein, this type of protein will digest slower while you sleep so your body is not starving for food while you sleep and pulling from your muscles. Cottage cheese is usually best for me.
  • That was about 14% started a little bigger then the one on the left. Yes I was in a deficit the majority of the days, switched to lean turkey and chicken and from rice to sweet potatoes. Dropped my carbs quite a bit, very little carbs for dinner. As well as switched to higher intensity cardio. @matt88uk

Now it's a matter of toning up, you are also putting muscle on which could lead to weight gain. The only thing I would change is the cardio. I do more high intensity interval…
  • Thank you, I have yet to work on my posing. Although I do use other trainers to help with my diet. I will definitely work on getting a trainer for my posing, thank you!
  • This is very tough, depending on your diet there are many factors that go into it; from calories consumed, calories burned, and the type of calories consumed. When I am trying to put on weight I lean more towards red meat, rather then when I am leaning out I eat more chicken and turkey. Increase protein intake, whether…
  • I believe in practicing what I preach, this is a great tool to help everyone stay on track with their goals. Best of luck @audreyjlucas
  • Great question I have went through many of the protein bars out there. I find the best ones to be either the Power Bar (protein one) or the dotfit (protein) bar. These contain a high amount of protein so it keeps one fuller for longer and is also relatively lower in carbs. Hope this helps
