I eat all of my Fitbit calories and have still continued losing weight at the weekly goal I've set. If I manually log something that isn't step based, I only eat back half as I can't be totally sure what the exact burn is.

I have the Fitbit Charge HR and it's motivated me to be much more active. I have step challenges with other members and my competitive side comes out. I started walking after dinner, then running with my kids as they ride their bikes,(haven't done that in years). It makes eating back my excercise calories easier as I feel…

I started the classes recently. I love CXWORX and Bodypump! In fact I'm still sore after my first Bodypump class. It's the first class that I've truly felt my entire body got a workout. We even focused on stretching afterwards which I haven't had in every class. Bodystep was a great workout but I'm not the most coordinated…

I'd love an invite to the group as well! I have a 14 yr old son with Aspergers.

Have you asked your orthopedist for a physical therapy referral? They would be the most qualified to give you excercise recommendations based on your needs. Tell them you want to work on your own at home and they can give you some simple excercises to do at home so you aren't breaking the bank to see them as frequently.

Have you been taking your measurements as well? You may be losing inches but not weight. Especially if you've added strength training, your muscles could be holding on to water in order to repair themselves, thus the stall in your loss. With that much activity your calories sound kind of low. Are you eating back at least…

Stay on topic people please! Let's not make this a Mommy wars post. We are all trying to get healthy and fit. Let's focus on what we have in common and address the OP's original question.

It's under Cardio listed as Pilates. You can always enter your own as well if you're doing it from a computer. It gives the same calorie burn as yoga too, which is also under cardio.

I love this! What a great perspective. MOM POWER!

I'm a stay at home Mom with 3 kids and my husband travels a lot. I found a gym with a daycare. Although it was difficult at first to let someone else watch my kids, I found that it was a much needed break for us all. The kids get to socialize and have fun while I get my workout on and then I feel much more energetic and…

Whew! I'm tired just thinking about all the responsibilities you've got going on! ;) Awesome job on the weight loss thus far! Is that a mastiff in your photo? I've got a weakness for Bullmastiffs!

Wow amazing achievement! Good for you! Keep up the good work! Sent requests to everyone!

I'm assuming it's iron as well. I've tried eating different foods in advance to stave off the nausea with no success. The only thing that has helped was taking it before a short nap and I'd sleep through it but it's not like I can do that every day.

+1 I started with measuring spoons and cups. Wow, did that leave a lot of errors in my calories consumed. I bought a $12 scale and it opened my eyes to how much I was overeating! That and being very thorough about the selections I made from the food database. A lot of those entries are incorrect. Look for USDA, raw or…

I get sick from the Nature Made and One A Day vitamins as well. I haven't tried the gummies though, that's a good suggestion.

Request sent ladies! Keep them coming! The more the merrier!

Thanks for the link! I've added everyone and really appreciate you all reaching out!

I've got a Fitbit on order to help better track my hr and calories burned. Im hoping that will motivate me to move more too. I gained a lot of weight with my 3rd child and quickly realized I couldn't coast on youth and good genetics anymore. :) I started having back pain due to a weak core and the extra weight I was…

+1 on putting them between wet paper towels and microwave for 20 seconds or so.

Sweetcherae, you look amazing! Great job!

If you're willing to buy it used or open box, there are tons for sale on ebay from reputable stores that allow returns. You can get then for about $100. Just a FYI.

I agree with the above. Water weight, increased appetite and lack of motivation to work out all last about a week for me. I make myself work out anyway and drink lots of water to help curb the hunger, give in to a small treat occasionally and it's helped.

I like to make brown rice bowls with lentils, chicken, lots of veggies, avocado and use greek yogurt as my sourcream. You get a complete meal with lots of protein, healthy fat, complex carbs and lots of fiber. That always leaves me full longer.

Sending a friend request. I have 3 kids, stay at home and work out 4-5 days a week.

Smoothies, sour cream substitute, mayo substitute,, it's great to make chicken salad, tuna salad, etc.

5"3 here, I've lost 12 lbs in the past month and hope to lose 20 more. I'm on here everyday! Add me, I'd love to have more friends to support and motivate me.

Hilarious! Thanks for the chuckle! Oh and you may need to adjust your calorie count. You're looking a little malnourished. ;)

Peanut butter, cheese, cottage cheese, greek yogurt are good sources for protein if you're not into meat.

Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm a stay at home Mom of 3, who got sober 10 yrs ago. A lot of times people with addiction are self medicating because they have physical/mental health issues and are seeking relief. Uou mentioned your PTSD and thats a very common symptom. I suffer from depression which presents with…
