  • I'm cutting right now running PPLPPL-R I hit my shoulders on leg day instead of push day though :). It's a great program and you can try and maintain 5x5 on the main lifts. Just make sure volume is high if you want muscle/definition. I try and hit 4 sets of 10-12

  • Crockpot shredded taco chicken recipe: Cook chicken in the crockpot with some salsa. When the chicken is done take it out and shred it with 2 forks. Put the chicken back in with desired amount of salsa, taco seasoning, and corn/peas. Add rice if you want the carbs or calories. Let it cook a fair bit more. Enjoy :)
