OK.might not be a problem for me then,I hope.Lol.all I know is I have three days in a row sometimes where o don't lose or gain anything,I am exactly the same,then after three days I'm down two pounds.guess I'll never know if it's the diet or sodium or whatnot.

Wow,you must be very sensitive to it then.I've had days where I ate a ton and still lost weight the next day.then I have days where I eat maybe 800 mg and lose nada.Lol damn sodium

Yes,do u weigh your food?IT HELPS.I like what u said about u mentally understand that u can't gain weight on said calories.Lol I feel same way,haven't lost nada last two days:-( frustrating,I know,but stick to it.when I really do hit mine,I'll eat a bit more a few days,then back down.damn weight.lol

Well thanks:-) I'm just really discouraged right now.last time my weight basically fell off.not sure what I'm doing wrong.I should be losing even if I just sat around all day with the calories I eat.I'll get in the swing though.I have a good start.don't feel all hungry anymore etc,so here's to a new day:-)

Lol or during.we shall see.had to buy a new scale too.this one was giving different weight three times in a row constantly.ah well,new day tomorrow:-)

Ohh OK.gotcha:-) thanks.so OK,if I don't do anything but lay in bed for 24 hours,and only eat 1400 calories,would I still lose?or my case,at work all day,and no exercise,eating 1400 calories,would that create the deficit?I think it would,because my TDEE IS 2400.AM I right?lol

I work 9 hours in a packi g factory.walk five miles per stepper app here also.lifting things constantly up to 30 pounds,pushing skids,pulling them,bending, lifting above my head...etc etc.I only put in 400 minutes of this activity,to give myself worst case scenario.when it's actually more minutes.
