  • I normally run/walk/bike in late evenings 9pm-11pm I have never ran during the day I could only imagine how I'm viewed to people walking down my street. I'm 5ft 6in and now 218 lbs and I have the daily strggle. When I first started I did in home workouts.
  • I've lost around 25 lbs in the last 3 months and I truly believe that non of it was belly fat. I get frustrated with it aswell
  • Well I am a idiot I totally forgot about TDEE it's roughly 2100 on days I do nothing. I have been subtracting it from bmr and workouts so it would explain why some days I'm starving.
  • I'm 25 5ft 6in and 220lbs. My bmr is roughly 1800 and I know at least a 300-500 cal deficit is recommended
