I have been lifting weight for 3 weeks now :). I went up in what I was able to lift in every excercise. I can feel my body tightening up esp in my legs. I am starting to see results, my sleeping, eating, and excercise habits are improving for the better everyday!

I was the same way. I am still working on my habits. Takeing food with you and planning ahead really helps. Some people have weeks to months planned out but I'm not on that level I just plan one to two days ahead. I make bigger dinners when I'm up for it and freeze some extra, and make lunch for the next day with it. I…

Finally discovering the power in me to stay away from cigerettes, soda, and Junk! I was so addicted to all of those and now I could care less for them. Wow thanks everyone. It is nice to have a few more ideas I really couldn't think of any. Everything I have tried was just gross. I too do not like sweet stuff, I will probably making them in the future with ice, I didn't know that lessons the sweetness.

You may offend someone, seems like there's always someone who gets offened. But you may also inspire someone else. It is your Facebook and theese are all people who should know and support you, and if anyone does turn it around to be anything other than positive, they probably are not happy with themselfs.

Well my journey is in the beginning part but I decided to start lifting which is something completely new to me. I have always ran in the past. So my motivation right now is seeing how much more my muscles can do each workout, because at this point I don't see my results, but I can feel them ;).

I am currently quitting right now. It is not easy. Just avoid your triggers. I always smoked while I was driving now I make sure I have a full water bottle instead and I just sip it as I drive.
