Hi Swtypie, please feel free to add me if you like. I'm all for support and motivation :)

I haven't had that problem with liquid stevia. You can get it at any health food store. The brand I use is Stevita.

Congratulations!! My Dad is seventy and has recently lost a lot of weight and his Dr. told him that in his experience people 60 and above rarely lose a lot a weight like that. You are the happy successful minority--well done :)

This time of year it's any kind of Cadbury egg--the small ones with the crunchy shells, the bigger ones with creme or caramel filling. YUM!

I Can't Believe it's Not Butter spray along with salt. Not as good as butter, but it's low cal and pretty good!

Maybe it's just me, but I like Kraft Ranch Lite. Kraft salad dressings are way better than Hidden Valley IMHO.

Anywhere from 270 to 400--depends on what I'm having which can be oatmeal, egg, bacon, frosted mini wheats, milk, yogurt, granola bar. Quite often I'll combine these. It also depends on if I'm having something higher in calories in the evening for supper. I try my best to even it out calorie-wise so I can stay at 1350.

I found this a few years ago. It's pretty awesome for finding something new. Try not to get overwhelmed lol: http://www.mrbreakfast.com/super.asp

Exercising too early can make the blood clots come loose and you can get the dreaded dry socket. My daughter had all four of hers out a few months ago and we were super careful and all went well. Whatever you do, don't slurp/suck in food or drink out of a straw. Also, don't spit. Good luck for an easy recovery :)

I'm 5'8" and want to lose 27 lb to be at a goal weight of 155. I'm working on losing a pound a week.

Where do you buy these and what section? Thanks!

Most people do gain weight by 20 weeks along. I have a friend who was obese and lost weight during her pregnancy, but she was under close supervision of her doctor. She wasn't trying to lose weight it just happened. Eating well is so important.

Is this post a joke? This person is new here and she's a young adult. I don't know what your problem is??

And keep in mind ysalgad, omelettes/eggs are healthy food--just in case you've believed all the low fat "eggs are bad for you" hype that's been around over the past 30 years. I'm glad they've finally disproven that because I never believed it anyway

Me too! DVR's are awesome.

It's under goals, then calorie and macronutrients goals. Click in your calorie number and change.

All the above plus a Fiber one bar helps fill me up even when I don't have anything else on hand.

I have this as well, plus I crave chocolate. Apparently it's hormones. I don't believe in horoscopes, but thought this site gave a good explanation of what's going on in our bodies. It looks like progesterone is the main culprit: http://hormonehoroscope.com/the-female-hormone-cycle/

Cut out most or all added sugar, no caffiene, try to stick to a sleep schedule, and listen to some of the hypnosis/progressive relaxation/meditation videos on YouTube at night. A Benadryl 30 min.before bed might help too. Good luck!

Do what's right for YOU. Personally, if I exercise through the worst cramps the pain becomes severe, so I don't go there. Once it got so bad, and only from swimming, I was having pain that rivaled midway thru natural childbirth(been there done that.) Been careful ever since :)

I'm jealous! Mine are a 34 freaking G! They don't look as large as they sound thank goodness, but I'm so ready to go back down to a 34 D. I think they'll probably be the last thing to shrink :(

Someone on here recommended Dr. Beck's diet solution to another poster and I decided to check it out for myself. It's not a diet book per say, but uses cognitive therapy to help you finally achieve your goals. I've found it very helpful. It addresses your behavior with the Reeses. Every kid says something hurtful to their…

I tried it and didn't like it because I felt weak on the fasting days. Also, I found out later I lose just as much staying at about 1400 calories per day.

If you're going to use it you should get the kind with mother in it and dilute it. It helped me with angular chelitis but honestly it tastes terrible even when diluted.

Kialea, Do you like oatmeal? If so, I really like Bob's red mill gluten free old fashioned rolled oats. I get them at Walmart in the gluten free section. I don't eat gluten free but my family and I like these better than any other oats.

What is your HDL cholesterol like? HDL is the good cholesterol and your LDL (bad cholesterol) is probably what's high. If your HDL is high, that makes your LDL less of a concern especially if your diet is healthy and LDL is still high and genetic. I have high cholesterol in my family too. Eat a healthy diet LOW in sugar…

I'm exactly like dalielahdawn.

Have you ever watched the video about sugar on YouTube by Dr. Robert Lustig? It's very eye opening and educational. The sugar in fruit is just fine because it's negated by fiber. The added sugar in soda or sugary cereal on the other hand, is not.

I'm a 34G and LOVE the Yogi sports bra by Natori. They are so comfortable I use them as regular bras. I can't wait to lose some weight up there, but I figure it'll be one of the last things to come off.
