Eating healthy and following your calorie goal , along with walking aerobics is great. Keep in mind that raisin your heart rate while excersising is how to burn calories fastest.…

  • I chose the 20 as a first goal, I don't set huge goals, I meet little goals ^^
  • I'm just trying to lose weigh fast...I go to the gym five days a week...I can eat more so I reach my 1200 goal. I chose the 2 a week option
