So out of the 6stone I lost I lost 5 over this past year. I didn’t follow a specific plan although I would set myself challenges and tried keto at one point which helped me lose around 30lbs!

I started keto last year, used that to get about 40lbs off, the last 40 has been using a calorie based approach while still being mindful of macros which I’m finding a lot easier as I can eat more of the foods I want while still making progress. I started my journey 2 years ago, lost 30lbs in 6 months then gained 20 Back. I’ve lost the last 70 over a year with no gym and barely any machine cardio- mostly just walking. All through diet!

Thanks for all the comments guys! And no I haven't got a medical problem because of my diet. I just choose to stick to lean and clean meals haha. I suppose I'm just a bit of a hypochondriac because I've yet to gain anything and I've logged daily since I've started my new training program!

I've got a very strict diet and work out, and I usually lose weight but it's just scary to think that I may have gained some. As I never can recognise my own progress!
