That's really solid advice. I'm brand new here. The first time MFP shared what I'll weigh with this type of eating, I was floored; today's choices would be tomorrow's results. In that moment I was hooked.

So true! I don't like soda, but give me something sugary to snack on and I'm in heaven. I could so relate to what you've said. I'm working on eating some fruit or salad when the sugar cravings hit. Friend me if you wish. :)

Hi Caroline, It sounds like we are in the same boat. I'm also working on changing my habits and 30 day streak would be a great goal to achieve. I am working on increasing my current biking distance of 20 miles 3x a week to 30 by next week and 5 more each subsequent weeks. I'm also working on writing down what I eat and…
