Creating good habits

Hi I am ultimately aiming to create a habit where I exercise on working days to manage weight and stress levels. I have always enjoyed swimming yoga running etc but I am not consistent in my practise. Short term aim is to exercise for 30 mins, 3 times a week ( minimum) for one month to create a habit.

Hi Caroline,
It sounds like we are in the same boat. I'm also working on changing my habits and 30 day streak would be a great goal to achieve. I am working on increasing my current biking distance of 20 miles 3x a week to 30 by next week and 5 more each subsequent weeks. I'm also working on writing down what I eat and staying within my caloric needs to lose a pound a week.
