Yeah.. I guess my title is misleading. I'm looking for people who has/had muscle weakness before, and how they managed to start resistance training. Like I said, I can barely do anything, since it's been a long time. Any good exercises to strenghen the whole body? I would like to get leaner, but without being on a program.…

I've had my gallbladder removed last year. I can't diggest everything the same anymore, but still manage to eat about the same food as before. Of course i'm eating healthier ! Though, since my operation, my hunger as grown ten times more, and it's driving me nuts ! I don't know if this will ever go away, but if you had…

5'6'' SW - 262 CW- 174 GW - 135 Only 39 pounds to go ! But I really need to work on the lifting/strenght/lean part. It's okay to lose weight, but I want to be lean and strong as well...Congrats on everyone for they're progress so far :smile:
