Okay I'll go and talk to my doctor as in my head 1200 calories is a lot and I don't know if I'll be able to eat that much ! Thank you for pointing that out sometimes you need someone to tell you what you can't see you know

Yeah but if I eat 1200 calories I feel like I'm going to put more weight on and I don't know what I would do then :(

No I've checked I use a exercising bike for an hour and that is 444 calories burnt each day

For about 2 weeks now ! I thought if you eat less and exercise more you would lose weight

Yeah I'm using a scale to measure my food I think it's because I've been eating to little on average I would eat 700-800 calories a day and then exercise for an hour which equates to 440calories burnt I think

Okay so if I eat 1200 calories a day I should lose weight ?? How much exercise should I do then ?

Omg I feel really stupid now ! Sorry guys haha okay so I want to lose 2 pounds each week and it gave me a goal of 1200 cal to eat but I only eat 800 cal and I burn off 500 each day ! Is this okay ??
