Ahh, that's sweet! Nothing like a good compliment to make you feel sexy. Especially when it's from the man you love!

I've still got a layer of fat masking my abs, but I look foward to the day when I can see them pop! A strong core is definitely the key.

I'm sure that's not true!

You can use the Barcode scanner to scan the label of the food you're eating & it will add it automatically or you can search the database. When you add a food it gives you these options to input nutritional info.

Nursing school is definitely stressful... I packed on about 25 pounds during my 2 years. Unfortunately, becoming a nurse & actively practicing is still really stressful. You're almost finished with school & you will graduate! Just take the time to focus on what you really want & envisioning yourself a smaller/healthier you…

A massage! My back & neck are tight from exercising earlier & I'd love to have those muscles relaxed this very moment!

I've bought meat at Walmart on several different occasions & have been disappointed every time. The meat often has a slimy touch & a bad smell. I've heard several people say the same. I prefer buying my meat at a store that has a butcher in house & not just pre-packaged. Also their produce is a hit & miss. Grapes are…

Sounds like it was a combination of the beer & maybe a lot of salt in the appetizers making you hold onto some extra water. Just keep eating good & drinking plenty of water & you should notice those pounds drop off soon.

I started MFP 15 days ago & at that time needed to lose 17 lbs to be 199. I haven't weighed myself since, but hopefully I'm getting closer!

2:34pm, 82 degrees, mostly sunny w/ scattered clouds, slight breeze, & humidity about 99%... gotta love Georgia summers :/

I could have actually posted this thread myself! I did so good for 11 straight days & feel like I've blowed all my progress in the last 2 days. I'm on my cycle right now, eating way too much of the wrong things, craving sweets, not wanting to exercise, & frustrated that I gave in to temptation! I'm hoping I can get back on…

I said no to the other 3 oz. of Chipotle chips that I normally would eat. Portioned out 1 oz & stopped at that!

Thank you so much for sharing your story. The way you wrote that piece, I feel like I could tell how you were feeling.. you really gave your story emotion & reminded me of how I've felt before when I'm standing in a dressing room. Unlike you, there's been so many times where I've been excited to go clothes shopping. I find…

I use the same scale too & I love it. Easy & accurate!

I always look at the nutritional information before arriving so that I can plan out what I'm going to eat in advance. It really helps keep me on track! For instance, last week I ate at Chili's, so I looked to see what foods would fall into the calorie range that I had left for the day so that I wouldn't go over my daily…

I don't have a fitness tracker, but plan on getting one this week. I can definitely see how much motivation they'd be to get me moving more!

Some women are just not built to be curvy & I think women with curves have a harder time trimming their bodies to the athletic type. With either build, you can still be healthy & toned. I'm naturally curvy, always have been. I definitely want to lose some weight & tone up my body, but I love my curves & completely embrace…

I understand what you're saying & have questioned myself about this in the past. You've accounted for the calories & you have enough in your allowance, but while eating you realize that you're satisfied & no longer hungry so you question yourself, "why keep eating if I'm full?" Part of the reason I'm overweight is because…

Great answers & yes, knowledge is most certainly the key! I am sooooooo against diet pills & all the diet gimmicks that so many people fall for. Calories in vs.calories out... very simple concept to understand, yet so many people are clueless!
