At your weight, 10 lbs weight loss a month is definitely attainable for a few months. I'm not saying that has to be your goal, but it's always easier to drop the more you have to lose. I have a 7 year old & 19 month old so I know how challenging it can be to exercise at home. I set up an obstacle course with sprints, crab walks, bear crawls, tire jumps, etc.. It's a great workout & really gets your blood pumping!
