my scale

I weighed my self on 4 different scales on sunday morning (no clothes ) all saying 254 and as off today I'm 250 is that even possiable? Or are those scales off ??

    4 pounds in two days is a lot, but if you've been really restricting calories, working out it's possible. You lose water, too. It's best, of course, to weigh yourself on the same scale each week for consistency.

    It is very possible! Your weight can shift dramatically from day to day pending on how much water you've drank, sodium consumed, etc..

    Yes, I can gain/lose 3 lbs in a day due to many factors. (mostly TOM).

    My scale at home (new) tells me that I am 3 lbs lighter than the one at work! So, I would recommend always using the same scale in the same location at the same time of day. That is the best way to be sure of the changes your body is making!

    Thanks guys !! I only drink water and have been 400 calories less than my intake . I would love to lose 4lbs n 2 days for months lol
