Mmmmm, I love Chipotle. I'll take a chicken bowl any day of the week! I'd definitely be on board for that diet!

Haha, this cracked me up!! Potatoes are definitely a friend of mine.. love them, love them. Unfortunately that can be a problem for me too so I make sure that I just eat them in portion control.

Wow, it sounds like you've been through a difficult year. I've been dealing with my grandmother who has end stage alzheimers, however I don't have to deal with the daily challenges that comes with her disease because she's now in a nursing home. However, the stress of an ailing family member is almost intolerable and your…

Oh my goodness... absolutely not! I really try hard not to self loathe, but I can definitely beat myself up when I fail. I really do hate seeing people bash themselces, especially over weight. It's hard to lose weight & keep it off so no one should feel bad when they struggle. If it were easy then we'd all be boring super…

Have you tried doing yoga? I find that when I'm consistent doing yoga it really makes my core stronger, which in turn will make your back stronger. It really can be a great workout. I think walking is a great exercise for anyone to do regardless of weight or some physical issues. I know how bad my back has hurt in the past…

I have been on the weight loss roller coaster more times than I care to admit, I've had success, many failures, but I refuse to give up. I just told my husband a few days ago that although I've said it a million times before, "but thus truly was my last time of starting over & I will succeed this time". I'm not sure if he…

I was going to comment, but this pretty much sums it up. Great advice!

That's a great weight loss for just 6 weeks, congrats! Feel free to add me, I think it's important to have support on this journey!

I just has the Special K fruit & yogurt this morning. I actually had 2 servings with skim milk & I'm so hungry already. I might suggest adding fruit or something else with it to help bulk it up & satisfy you longer.
-
I usually try & eat a more well rounded breakfast, however this morning I was short on time. I ate Special K fruit & yogurt cereal & I'm already starving :/
-
That looks super healthy & filling!

Yum Cantaloupe?

I said no to stopping in the middle of my workout. Summer's in Georgia are very humid & hot & I was not feeling it today. When I lapped my house I wanted to stop, but I finished & even shaved 2 minutes off my time!

Where do you buy PB2 (GNC, grocery store)? I've never seen it.
-
I don't live in Arizona, but you can add me & I'll cheer your progress along the way. Good luck :)

Spark people has recipes on their site that are yummy! They are mostly member submitted & have nutrition info with them as well. I've tried many of the recipes on there & they are great!

Anyone feel free to add me! I'll help cheer you on :)

I hope that my pvcs become less frequent. Having had palpitations since I was 24 (now 37), I know how they can plague you relentlessly for days, weeks, months & then suddenly disappear. I sympathize with everyone who gets these because they are super annoying!
-
That show sounds very intriguing & I'm going to Google it & see how I can watch it. I tried the Keto diet before I started having the pvcs & I struggled with it. The biggest thing for me was trying to incorporate enough fat. There's only so many eggs, bacon, & cheese that I want to eat. Don't get me wrong, I ate some…

Wow, I had no idea that you could absorb magnesium in those ways. That's definitely worth me looking into & seems so simple. Thanks!
-
I've read that too! Thanks for your input, I'm going to give it a try!
-
I don't have asthma or a panic disorder but I do suffer from anxiety issues. I don't take medicine for it & most of the time I can control it with deep, slow breathing. The palpitations that I used to experience were more of a flip flop feeling in my chest, but with a regular pulse. The PVCS are a new onset & of course my…

Thanks for your input! My cardiologist said that he wanted me to limit my carbs because limiting sugar would help decrease the palps. I've seen other cardiologists in the past & none have recommended decreasing sugar intake. However, when I started reading about it I came across a lot of articles that suggested decreasing…

I've read several forum posts where people keep mentioning Natural Calm & the reviews are great for it. It seems to be a very pure form of magnesium. I'm definitely going to try it. Thanks!

I agree with the Lane Bryant Livi Active line. This was a major problem of mine for a long time. I've worn double sport bras (so not comfortable) & still didn't get the support I was looking for. I decided to look at Lane Bryant since their clothes fit me well & I'm very happy with my Livi sports bra. I think it was about…
