I’m late to the party! Also trying to cut back. I drink 2 nights (at least) a week pretty religiously for years. I’m hoping I can make it one, and then hopefully none! It makes me less energetic at work, affects my relationships and ruins my weekends (hangovers).

Eating whole foods.

I'm not on a raw diet, but I do eat a lot of raw foods. Most proteins are cooked, of course, because I'm not veg.

By clean eating I meant reducing processed foods and eating fruits, vegetables and protein in their most natural form.

It's definitely difficult, with low energy. I'm hypoglycemic too so I need to snack every two hours. I just keep getting blood tests and hoping they up my synthroid dose. I did lose 30 pounds a few years ago, but it is always creeping back if I don't watch it. I know I am gaining because I am overeating and not my…

5'1 and trying you lose 10-20 pounds. My current weight is 130, but I felt great at 120 (muscular build.) Anyone can add me, I would like some accountability and it's fun to browse other people's diaries. Being short is the worst because our calories are so resticted.

Same. I'm 5'1 and I'd like to lose about 10 pounds, I'm always yoyo-ing between 120-130 due to stress eating. I think it helps to track (obviously) and to keep healthy snacks nearby. Herbal tea helps a lot.

I fit into my favorite jeans last week, haven't been able to do that in over a year.

5'1, weigh 124 with a goal of 110! Started at 137. I eat 1200 calories daily (usually), looks like you are in an ideal calorie range.
