I could use more motivation n fitness friends. Trying to lose 20 n gain muscle. 40 yrs old, started out at 198 now down to 167.

I have a home gym but still carry my gym membership. I like the comfort of home n being able to work out when ever I want. I miss gym after awhile because it has equipment I don't have at home of course. So i try n rotate my days....2 or 3 at a gym the rest at home or I go to a school track to run n do bleachers.

Headaches here too. Sugar is my enemy! Lol. Drinking plenty of water myself even thou I crave soda.

Thanks guys. That's good advice. Since I've lost a good 30+ pounds I have some loose areas.

Thank u...I'I've been on again off again fitness. But I am determined to stick to it. I've got a trainer and my own determination to make it happen. 20lbs is my goal...for now. I rally hope this food tracker helps.
