I am in similar situation, I am able to control my eating during the week but on weekends when I am alone I eat like the is no tomorrow . I really want to stop because I am stuck on the same weight.

Hello, I am also in the journey to lose weight so baldly I started at 96.4kg lost 13 kg and gained 4.6 back. I am now starting over. I need to lose 20kg my short term is 5kg in 4 weeks. 11 April: 88kg
